These terms of service govern the use of the WhoIsOutThere platform, an AI-powered talent analysis service.

2. Service Description

WhoIsOutThere analyzes job postings using artificial intelligence and creates personas of potential candidates. The results are statistical models and do not guarantee actual applications.

3. Usage Rights

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your recruiting purposes.

4. Data Protection

Your data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Your job postings are treated confidentially and are not shared with third parties.

5. Liability

WhoIsOutThere is only liable in cases of intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent legally permissible.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. In case of violations of these terms, we reserve the right to block access.

7. Applicable Law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
